About Naked Spice Mix and Olde Goa

Hello, my name is Savio and I run the Naked Spice and Olde Goa brand. I’m passionate about cooking and want to bring the Naked Spice mix direct to you, in your home, so I’ve developed this easy to use website to bring you the very best curry spice mix India has to offer.

Naked Spice and Olde Goa supplies deli shops (including Partridges and Shepherds) and other shops throughout the UK, and more recently Ireland.

Naked Spice mix has made the art of traditional cooking simpler and achieved what many others could not, a spice mix which does not compromise on authenticity and is natural in every way. Every spice used is whole not powdered. The ingredients are ground into a paste using traditional Indian methods. All ingredients are Natural; there is no MSG, No Gluten, No Colouring or Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat in the product. The ingredients are always grown locally and selected individually for their flavour. All you need is water, spice packet, meat or vegetables and dairy (optional). No need for oil or salt, it’s already included. Our product has 0% wastage, and less shopping list. Great for camping trips, students, holidays or on a rainy day.

Purity Trading Ltd is the trading name for Naked Spice and Olde Goa, registered in England, company number 6126401 and owned by Savio Azaredo. In 2007, inspired by his love for Goa and his passion for food, Savio launched the Olde Goa brand, promoting the Catholic Portuguese influence, the flavours, the spices, reminiscent of his childhood in Goa. From humble beginnings selling his brand at street festivals and local markets, he built awareness and reputation, going on to exhibit at renowned food shows such as Spirit of Christmas, Grand Designs, and BBC Good Food, letting people sample his products and learn about true Goan Portuguese flavours.

Ignited by his passion for food, and his dream to have his own restaurant, Olde Goa Goan Cuisine was born in 2013. A small restaurant, intimate and cozy, oozing with ambience and love. This allowed Savio to come into his own, and with his mother-in-law Conceicao they began wowing the locals, and slowly people from far and wide. Authentic Goan home style cooking, with Portuguese dishes such as Cafreal and Peixe Recheado have seen customers returning time and time again, to experience mouth watering dishes, warm hospitality and charm.
